Sloppy Jays.
That's where I take regular sloppy joe mix, add cumin and cinnamon, sprinkle with sea salt and add to the ground beef. It rounds out the tang of the sloppy joe mix with a little more flavor.

I skipped dinner because I knew I was going to a beer tasting event. Instead I tasted nine different Belgian beers along with cheese and crackers.

I had delicious chicken enchiladas stuffed and smothered with queso chihuahua and a wonderful tomatillo sauce...sprinkled with cilantro.

Added to the rice and fried beans was a yummy fresh guacamole dip for my tortilla chips.

Yum!

Roast lamb, spiced potatoes and brown rice. Delish.

This evening called for salad, lamb, and chips. Very nice it was too.

Went to my favorite French bistro with a couple of friends and we had some snails, mushroom tart, salad and wine followed by an awesome creme brulee.

Pistachio nuts and sesame seeds, with a long glass of vanilla tea... I'd had a large Thai lunch of sweet and sour prawns with coconut rice and needed to balance that out a bit.

Cold yam flavored soba noodles in bonito sauce. Topped with imitation crab salad, kewpie mayo, wasabi horseradish mustard, togerashi, and homemade spicy pickles.

Had fun stayin' home and cookin'. Wasn't bad at all.
