Wow, Emma Watson has a lot more votes in 24 hours than Josie Maran will get total!

But as others have said, it has a lot to do with watching her grow up on the screen. I still remember that little 11-12 year girl the first movie. I guess with Panettiere she was already at a more mature look when Heroes started.
So you never saw Remember the Titans? She was the little girl!

Seriously, I need to see some of these "13 year olds" that some of you keep talking about. Because if the 13 year olds look like that, I've just GOT to see the women in their late 20s.

I'm only a couple years older than her, and even to me she looks a bit younger than her age. Still, thumbs up.

....so none of the 66 people who voted thumbs up feel guilty for getting a raging hard on over a chick who still looks like she's 12?

My thoughts in each and every single one of them.

Nope, the first thing I saw her in was Heroes, and even then I felt she looked too young.

I just can't find someone who is a teenager, or even looks like one, attractive. It's the High School teacher in me.

Although I still think that the young actors who played Cho Chang and the Indian girl (Ron Weasley's date) in Goblet of Fire are both prettier than Emma, Emma's body has come along nicely.

Thumbs up.

her secondary sexual characteristics have developed, so she's fair game. and she's over the legal age in my nation.

She's without a doubt a middle of the road girl with some goofy looking features. I'd guess you have some sort of a Harry Potter fetish which is skewing your views.
Well then, you and I have very different definitions of "middle of the road with some goofy looking features", my friend, but to each his own. As for a "Harry Potter fetish", I can't speak for Davros, but that's certainly not the case for me. Yeah, I've enjoyed the movies, for the most part, but I've never even read the books. So, nope! I just genuinely find her very pretty.

If she went to the beach here in San Diego, she'd probably sulk in her jealousy while the men leered at the far more attractive beach babes.
Again, I'll have to disagree. While I'm sure there'd be plenty of ladies that are as or, in some people's opinion, more attractive than Miss Watson, I have no doubt that she'd get a fair amount of attention herself.

70 now, and no, not at all! Either way, I don't think she looks 12 or 13. A little younger than her perfectly-legal 19 years, perhaps, but not too much.

Since I neither claimed to, or can possibly have a raging hard on, I feel it is still quite alright that I voted yes. She IS pretty, and I think she is likeable.

Plus I'm thinking there's some kinda of disparity in the rules here, if a man had said anything like that in misc I'm sure there'd have been a warning or a friendly given out about it. But I suppose we're not in misc so it doesn't matter...

Beautiful young woman, and I feel no shame in saying so. She's slender, not "looking 13." And I'm (reasonably) close to her in age anyway.
