Had some grilled chicken, rice with asparagus, squash and potatoes, and some wonderful little puffs that tasted like quiche. Yummy.

I normally don't eat square meals at all, but my girlfriend came over this weekend and we cooked. Rib-eye steaks with salad and pasta salad last night. Bell peppers stuffed with ground beef in Marinara sauce tonight and greek salad tonight..

Last night's dinner:

I started with an appetizer of Screwdriver, followed by a slightly stronger Screwdriver as my entree, followed my an even stronger Screwdriver for dessert. To drink with my meal I had a Screwdriver, and I then had a Screwdriver as an after-dinner cocktail.

I skipped it too. Had a very heavy tikka and rice lunch, so dinner was out of the question.

Last night I had my usual sunday fare of steamed vegetables. This week was a medley of new potatoes, broccoli, red kidney beans, red peppers and red onion, a little gravy, and seasoned with various spices. I think I chose cardamon, chilli, paprika and ginger... but I can't remember now.

I have some left for tonight. I'm not sure what I'm going to have with it yet.

Tonight AA made us potatoes, green beans and meatballs. Simple and awesome, especially since it is new potatoes (which is always tastier..)

The only time I use cardamon is in the dough when I make cinnamonrolls. (Kanelbullar) otherwise I find it way too aromatic. But my friend she chews on the capsules

Cardamon is supposed to be quite beneficial in a lot of ways. Must taste great in those cinnamon rolls.
