As mentioned in the Lynda Carter-thread, AgentRichard 07 won last year's Genre Babe contest and as a prize got to choose three "babes" for this year's contest. One of them was Lynda Carter - for whatever reason, that's his business.

If you don't like his choice, vote thumbs down, comment in the thread and be done with it. There really isn't any more to that.

[and, to further explain my "down" vote for Olivia Wilde - I almost always vote just based on the pictures, regardless of how I feel about the "babe" as a person or anything else, but I'm not that crazy about Wilde (can't really explain why). And - call me petty - but I knew that certain regulars in the Genre Babe-threads, whose voting patterns piss me off, would be literally crazy about her, so I decided to give them some back instead of voting "up" reluctantly.

I'm not berating you for what you're voting, I'm just starting to get annoyed at you bringing it up again and again. I actually agree with you somewhat (although I did vote "up" for Carter, and certainly think Belluci still is very hot).

And I think this the first time I voted "politically".

I thought it would be nice to have a genre babe who was a little out of the ordinary, like maybe a blast from the past. That's why I went with Lynda Carter, and even if she did badly, I still wouldn't have regretted the choice. Gotta do something different every now and then. One of my choices was a starlet who was big in the 1940s, but she was dropped. Now that would have been different.

Hate to change the subject, but Olivia Wilde is pretty flexible...

And who needs make-up anyway?

She should play a Romulan commander, preferably one with a skirt.

Some women can still look stunning at 40 but you're going to turn them away because they reached some arbitrary age.

It'd be one thing if it was Betty White, but come-on, freaking Wonder Woman?!

Vote however you want, that's your choice, hell even say it's because -today- she's "old and ugly." I vote Thumbs Up on carter because she was hot in her day and, hell, she's still pretty damn good looking today!

But to grumble about it because this week we've got a "babe" who's younger is just asinine.
