Aragorn, with all the newbies floating around it might be a good idea to include a standard request in your initial post that past GBOW threads not be bumped.

They can clearly see the polls are closed, so I don't get why would bump.

Back in 2007, someone was bumping the GBOW threads left and right complaining that he wasn't being allowed to vote and that something needed to be changed so he could... and that was back when the polls were open for three months!!!!

I don't get why they'd bump either, but some of them are doing so. It seems the impulse to register their opinion (even though they can't actually vote in the poll) trumps logic.
