Here's another scene where Amy Adams makes out with a chick (whom some of you Whedon fans will be quite familiar with) -- Cruel Intentions 2 (which isn't actually a sequel but a failed prequel pilot). Of course, it spoils a major plot point, but I doubt you'd watch it for the plot anyway.

The other girl on girl kiss from Cruel Intentions 2 is much memorable.
