I voted for no world government. The closer government is to the people, the better job it does.

And fortunately, this isn't something I need to worry about in my lifetime.

No World Government. Many smaller governments can help keep eachother in check and balance.

I voted for one world government. It's inevitable. Unity is the future.
How is that? Look at Yugoslavia, the Soviet Union, Tibet. The trend is for people to get further and further apart as they want to live with people they think of as "their own kind".

So, total separation of the races and cultures? I hardly think that's the trend.

I wouldn't mind a world government if I was running it.

Otherwise, no thanks.

What if the world government imposes some changes on the US? Would you be as keen on it then? Remember it is a world government and not a western government, so it may be more aligned with communist ideologies, or sympathetic to Islamic Sharia law and order, and maybe other cultures that might seem alien to a western person?

Communism, lol, theres only like 3 communist countries in the world North Korea (which is pathetic and has little to no contact with the outside world), Vietnam (which could be destroyed with one nuke), and the People's Republic of China (but the people in PRC hate communism, they hate their own government more than we do).

Really, people don't want a cultural identity? If that's the case, why did a bunch of immigrants (illegal and legal) rally in California a couple of years ago, waving the Mexican flag?
