No, the point isn't valid. It's an over-generalization. There are Hollywood blondes who are artificial and vapid, but not all of them are like that. And there are also Hollywood brunettes and redheads who are artificial and vapid.

Blonde hair is like a red flag to a bull for some folks. It makes them lose reason and attach the most extreme blonde stereotype, even though it often doesn't apply.
