Well, I'm not exactly new...I've posting here (on an extremely irregular basis) for a while now...but I just wanted to post in this thread because I, too, really like Voyager, and I thought it would be nice to mention this to people who could be trusted not to then tell me how much they dislike Voyager. I'm pretty tired of that, to be honest, and I imagine I'm not the only one.

Not a fan of Janeway/Chakotay, though. I mean, I like both characters a lot, but not as a couple. Too incestuous, if you ask me.

I like all the Trek TV shows except Enterprise (I tried, and I didn't hate it, but I just never could get into it), but I don't really care for the movies (ditto). A couple of them were pretty good, but mostly I found them a disappointment. Anyway, although I love most of the Trek shows, there was always something special about Voyager.

I'm writer -- non-fiction articles, primarily -- which is why I still, you know, capitalize and use proper punctuation and try to spell things correctly and practice other apparently outmoded conventions of written English. And one of the things I like about this site is that a lot of other people do that too. Yay!

I've decided to join after checking out the site. I've been here numerous times before, reading the various threads and getting a feel for the site in general.

Actually, I'm more of a tea type of gal (yes, I really do like Earl Grey!), so don't go to any trouble on my account. My beverage choice is in no way related to my choice in captains, though, since I love 'em all.

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the boards but not the Trek Universe. I have been a fan since my eyes opened, haha.

TNG is my favorite, but I love anything and everything Trek, from TOS-Enterprise. I have everything on DVD and I am currently watching Voyager Season 6 for the first time since it was first broadcast, santa brought me that and season 7 for x-mas. The EMH was my favorite on the show and 7 was hot as hell!! She could assimilate me anytime. I've been to a handful of conventions and i thought Picardo was nice and awesome, Mulgrew eehhh not so much. She had mega attitude coming off her and it totally turned my wife off to the show. However, i look past that and try to enjoy the show regardless. Just saying hey, hope to see you all around.

I'm not sure why, but Voyager is really the only trek I've really wanted to watch in the last half year or so. Glad to read what new members have to say about this series.

I'm 25 and I live in Austria.

The first ST show I had been watching was TNG, but Voyager got me really hooked. Janeway, Seven and the Doctor are my favorite characters.

Have I forgotten anything? Ah yes, it's nice to meet you all!
