Definitely in my TNG top 5. I've had the quote down in my sig. for years now. That scene always gets me too.

Excellent ep, and it's nice seeing Bob Gunton on 24 these days as well!

You can really feel for BOTH people in that scene. I think that had O'Brien been able to stay for even just a minute longer, something truly cathartic could've happened. Such a shame that it didn't.
