In the first, it would require the 13th tribe to come back to Kobal at some point to leave the clue. Why leave the clue at all, what would be the point? Why build the tempel of the five on the Alge Planet and not on Earth?

I think we are probably looking at a situation where these three planets are being recycled every 4,000 years or so. They are caught in a temperal loop without the temporal loop. Only so many planets can support life and for whatever reason the humans, cylons, and machines are being guided in this loop over and over and over again to the amusement of Bill Murrey.

In other words All This Has Happened Before And It Will Happen Again And Again And Again And Again......

With the Cylons, all this can happen again.

What was with Leoben's reaction? He looked seriously freaked out, even though I can't see how what they found was all that surprising? I thought he was going to start screaming for help at one point.

The Ellen thing may work out in the long run, as I can tell you I was none too excited learning that Tory and Anders were Cylons, and that didn't turn out so bad. Also of note was the fact that she and Saul seemed to be aware of themselves as being able to be reborn at the time of the holocaust. It can thus be conjectured that there most certainly is a third party at work here that somehow took these memories from them.

Kate Vernon is also a much better actress than those two, so if she does turn up again I remain optimistic that she and Hogan can turn in stellar performances.

I think anything Tigh sees or says in regards to the 5th might be suspect. He's been riddled with a lot of guilt over the death of Ellen-- he did kill her after all. So he might just be seeing what he wants to see.

That would be a seriously shitty existance if they do wind up resetting the loop; the cylon god would be the great cosmic joker, pulling strings just to see everyone do a little jig for him/her/it.

Some of the people here thnik they are the creators of the show, so clearly they only want to believe what they want and not base it on the facts.

He also said Starbuck was dead, and she was, but that isn't the whole story. Perhaps Ron has another killer twist/surprise in store for us.
