After years of watching her on Xena every now and then, I was shocked at the transformation I saw when she went on to play Tarzan's billionaire socialite aunt in the 2003 series Tarzan. The first time I saw her character, I thought she looked familiar, but didn't realize it was Lawless, and it was mainly because of the blonde hair of all things.

I've never considered Lucy Lawless to be a pretty women, mainly I suppose because of all the unflattering gurning she did on Xena. But she looks sensational in some of those shots. Wow.

Someone should find and post a photo of her from the screening at the Arclight last year when they showed Crossroads, Part 2. She looked fantastic that night.
