My teen's picked up 'awesome' including really annoying accent. I find you can correct this irritation by repeatedly imitating them saying it

I heard one on the radio this morning and thought, "Oh yeah, that's a good one I'm sick of hearing." But now I can't remember what it was.

Meanwhile, I've been hearing "on point" and "going forward" far too much lately.
