If I had a time machine and could get to her when she was round, curvy and hot, then I'd have said thumbs up. Since none of those things are now true, I voted thumbs down.

Thumb sideways.

YOUNG Jennifer Connelly (as most of those pictures are) -- smokin' hot!

Current Jennifer Connelly (as very FEW of those pictures are), anorexic and slightly shriveled. And just kind of -- odd. Thumbs down.

--Ted
Shriveled??
I do not think that word means what you think it means.
She was on Letterman a week ago. Her skin was deifnitely shriveled in a number of areas. And she was quite gaunt as well.

I will say that the woman -like most women- looks a lot better with more meat on her bones. Women! Having a little body fat fleshes out your curvy parts, parts men like!

Googling her name with the safeties off gets a really nice full-frontal result of her and some other not-too-bad chick. Lovely, lovely pair on her in that pic.

I vote thumbs up and she's been one of my favourite actresses for a long time now...since I first saw her in the Rocketeer! I don't think that she's that skinny as some have remarked, Paul Bettany is a lucky bastard.

Thumbs down.

On the grounds that she isn't that good of an actress, and she got a breast reduction.

Breast reduction? I'm not sure that this is an established fact.

As for Jennifer Connelly not being that good of an actress, do you apply the same standard to all the other "genre babes"? Please, give us a list of the previous actresses to whom you gave Thumbs Up. Then we'll compare their work to Connelly's.

She really reduced her breasts? Jeez, it is bad enough to see women storming the doors of cosmetic surgeons to get giant bags of saline put into their chests. Connelly was naturally proportioned. Why mutilate oneself for no reason?

Depends. Larger ones can give women back pain and reduction can relieve that. You try walking around with a few extra pounds mounted to your chest.

Besides, when they reduce them they also reshap them and make them more perfect. I'd prefer reduced ones over the hastily implanted ones. (More expensive implants, granted, do look better.)

I honestly couldn't tell you how I voted in all of them. Sorry.

Her breasts are definitely smaller now, but that could be the result of losing weight and going through a couple of pregnancies rather than breast reduction surgery. Judging by the recent topless pics of Heidi Klum it looks like the same thing has happened to her.

Oh, and Jennifer Connelly is a very good actress. The smaller independent films she's done attest to that, even if the few blockbusters she's been in haven't properly utilized her talents.

Didn't even look at a pic. I just knew she was UP, UP , UP material by reading her name. Good way to start the year. What a benchmark this late into it. Page 3 and she is at 80%+

Like someone else has said, young Connely = extremely hot thumbs up

Current Connely = not so good, almost a walking skeleton, thumbs down

So it's a sideways
QFT. She should have been prevented from getting a breast reduction by the U.S. government...to prevent destroying a national treasure (or, well, two national treasures...)

Here's Jennifer Connelly with Jason Priestly in the 1992 Roy Orbison video "I Drove All Night".
