"Pirates of the Caribbean" fanfilms?

Anyone know of any Pirates of the Caribbean fanfilms out there? I imagine they'd be hard to do because it's hard to get access to a pirate ship or even the ocean in a lot of cases. But I'd heard about one that stars some famous Jack Sparrow impersonator and is about Jack & his sister on an island of vampires. Does this ring any bells?
