Wow, all day I've been sitting here thinking I picked Minnesota to win tonight. So I just checked the pick 'em league to see how I did in the rest of the games, and I realize I actually picked Chicago when I meant to go with the Vikings. Whoops.

I won the college pick'ems!

My strategy? No clue. Maybe dumb luck, I guess. Congratulations to everyone else for playing really well. I'm sure you'll beat me easily next year, but I'm going to worry about that then. Plus I'm still leading in the pros, so let's see if I can sweep the table.

I take it you were "King of Steaks" in the College Pick 'Em?

I was kind of wondering who that was. A close finish between the top teams- Congratulations!!!

Geno's is better!

I'd just like to point out that the two top finishers in the college pick'em were both originally from southeastern Pennsylvania. Coincidence? I think not!

I could have done markedly better, had I not forgotten to make my picks one week.

Of course it's no coincidence they did so well. What else is there to do in southern Pa?

(P.S. - good luck to the Lions!)

God I sucked in the afternoon games. Oh well. I'm out of the pickems already, and the Niners won. All is still good.

ENGLISH ONLY!

I've never actually had a cheesesteak in Philly. I don't eat cheesesteaks very often. Just on special occasions, like when the Phils won the WS - had to go to Subway and eat a cheesesteak in Ryan Howard's honor.

I came in first in my other pick'em, finishing with one more point than I had on the BBS. There were only seven other people in that one, though, and two of them kind of quit once they fell behind (we had a few of those here though, too).

We always do.

Congrats on your victory. I tried closing the gap, but it was too little too late.

Ooh, I've pulled to within 2 of King of Steaks and pulled away from Kitten Punchers by 4!

Still sitting pretty in fourth place. I doubt I'll be able to catch up and win, but I still have a shot at retaking second or third.
