Star Trek: The Last Generation #1

Picked up the first issue today.

<rant mode> Neither of my usual comics shops ordered enough copies of this book to qualify for the uber-cool incentive cover. So, I don't get one. WAAAA! Oh, and cover B is lame beyond words. BEYOND WORDS, I say!</rant mode>

An excellent start to IDW's latest mini. I look forward to the rest!

Re: Star Trek: The Last Generation #1

After the first two TNG mini-series underwhelmed me, I wasn't expecting big things from "The Last Generation." To my surprise, the story interested me, and Gordon Purcell continues to move away from using stills as the basis for his art of the characters. So far, that's been the best title of the week!

Sweet. Got to look for this issue tomorrow too it seems. Did the final Issue of Mirror Images come out last week? One of my local comic stores didn't have it, thats why I'm wondering.

Actually it's out this week. For new comic releases, I always check the Midtown Comics listing, usually out Thursday for the following week.
