Smart (can pick good movies)
Funny (can do comedy)
Knows the difference between sexy and slutty (I just came back from Vegas and trust me most girls can't)

It's like someone Weird Science'd a girl from my brain and put her in movies.

I'm not at home to look up the numbers, but for just this year, Jewel Staite, Katee Sackhoff and Summer Glau have more (though Glau was cut short by the board switchover). Before the board switchover, GBOWs were easily clearing 100 votes.

Kirsten Dunst had over 200 votes, mostly negative. I think Monica Bellucci got to 190, but I'm not sure. I know someone got that many.
