Thumbs up. There was an interview with her on NPR recently -- All Things Considered I think -- where they interviewed her about her love of singing and how she came into it. Beautiful girl with a beautiful singing voice. Rock on!

I'm not getting the "her sister is better looking" thing. Her sister's face is a square. She creeps me out. Zooey is friggin' gorgeous though. Her eyes don't look real - they're good creepy. Never really warmed to her acting, but whatever.

She's very quirky and those eyes are killer. Emily has the same eyes, but manages to still give off the boring older sister vibe.

Which reminds me: I don't suppose we can find some excuse to get Michaela Conlin in here?

By default I vote thumbs up for everyone simply because I'm the one that's putting them out there, but the voting patterns for some of the ladies have got me stumped. For example, take Zooey and Allison Mack, two girl-next-door types. There is nothing but unconditional Chloe love on this board, so I was surprised Allison got such a low score. But what puts Zooey ahead of her?

The next five GBOWs I'd take ahead of Zoey without hesitation every day of the week and twice on Saturdays.

To be honest, I'm more of person who goes on personality than looks. Obviously you can't do that in one of these threads, but my perception of what they're like as a person often clouds my judgement on my physical attraction to them, even if we're just supposed to be going on looks. But sometimes it won't, perhaps the same's true for others.

I just wasn't expecting Zooey to make the final 16, let alone be in the elite level. I thought this would be a week with little fanfare and then we'd move on to the big summer heavy hitters. Right now she's ahead of Milano and Glau.

FYI, Jewel Staite is back at No. 1.
