It isn't doing to well in ratings.

I dunno, it seems to be doing just fine in ratings. Solid numbers, and been better since it came back from the strike, which is the opposite of how most shows have done. Switching places with TBBT, it's actually gotten a boost in ratings (proving, somewhat, that the 8:30 slot is just stronger than the 8pm slot)...

The season finale aired a few days ago. Anyone notice Barney and Robin looking at eachother near the end after Ted and Barney made up? Maybe it was nothing, but I noticed something.

By the way, I just found out that the episode title was "Miracles". As I was watching, I thought... What if this episode was called "Miracles" and what if one of those miracles was Robin revealing that she was pregnant? No, I'm not off this one yet.

Not only were they just looking at each other, he kept doing it every time the rest of the group was asking about which things he loved that were flashing before his eyes when he got hit. It wasn't really subtle...

Yeah the writers are really making sure we see that. I loved the episode and I wish they would stop with the Britney bump episodes. They are so not funny. But because of her we get a S4, and hopefully a S5 b/c they want it to go to syndication.

That's all I ask for.

Well I just had to post something here.

I am firmly in the Barney + Robin = Suckage camp. The goofy way he was looking at her at the end of the season finale when they were talking about how all the things you love flash before your eyes? Gawd...it was like Barney's second awesome gland had been destroyed in the accident or something.

Robin is great as Barney's wing "man". That's the Barney-Robin relationship they should pursue. Coupling them off just reeks of leaping over a certain type of large predatory aquatic creature.

Still, I love this show, for the most part. I'm very glad they're getting a fourth season (best thing Britney ever did for humanity!). I think if the demos hold up (it's CBS's youngest skewing show) then they'll likely get that fifth season too, half hour sitcoms with 100 eps are still syndication gold. And for the record, I don't think Stella is the "Mother" of the title. I think it's going to turn out to be someone close to her though. And if I'm right, I'm so going to blog about it!

I don't think Stella is the mother, but I think it would be nice. I hope that they end the show either this coming season or the next so that they end it on a high note. Kudos to a great show.

So, come on... lets go to the mall!

The new season started tonight. I haven't seen the episode but I read that Barney is in love with Robin.

I loved the ending. I thought it was perfect the way they allowed Barney's "thing" for Robin to continue, but not at the expense of letting Barney be Barney.

Great performance by the always excellent Neil Patrick Harris, and I thought it was a nice touch that they actually used the real music from Star Wars instead of a sound-alike.
