You know, that was something I had noticed immediately. I think many tend to believe they were way the hell out there, but that zoom-out shows otherwise:

There's a zoom out, the galaxy spins a bit, and the zoom in is actually pretty close to where we started (well, relatively speaking on the galactic scale).

Boy, I gotta get the other seasons on dvd. I didn't have time to watch B5 during winter break. I'm hoping to after finals. I'll likely be working and no school--which means no studying and plenty of tv time.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Officially, and Ron Moore has said this repeatedly:

"It was originally supposed to be obviously Baltar. Then at the last minute we thought, "wouldn't it be cool to make it a bit of a mystery?" and MAYBE they'd revisit it. Maybe. But they never planned an alternate person for it to be. So officially, unless the show revisits this again before it ends, it was simply Baltar"

I'd point out that probably the only other plausible candidate for leaving the note, should they choose to revisit the issue would be whoever the Final Cylon is. Say it does turn out to be Dualla,as some of us believe,then they could do one of those expositional bits, maybe flashbacks, showing how Dualla did certain things,like leave the note, sort of like the way the audience was let in on the big secret in the conclusion of The Sixth Sense.

Yeah, and about a year ago Katee Sackhoff was "moving on" from Battlestar Galactica...

I wouldn't rule out a plot twist because of an interview.

Currently Scifi.com has episode summaries up for the first 11 episodes of Season 4. It appears you are only supposed to see the first few, but changing the URL allows you to see more:

I like that every episode seems to push the plot forward, no pure stand alone episodes but some may feature some plots for individual characters.
