How much alcohol do you drink?

Very seldom/ very special occasions. Too much alcoholism in the family to be drinking often.

 

I voted never have, although that's technically not true. I was raised in a catholic home so there was the obligatory communion wine. So technically I did consume it, but at the time I was young and thought it was the blood of Christ. Both of my roommates enjoy the drink though, and that's fine by me. It seems like it makes it difficult to meet new people though since I don't drink and the majority of people my age are going nuts because they just turned 21.

 

Seldom/special occasions.

When I do, though, I do it for the express purpose of getting crazily, epically, tragically drunk. I don't really like the taste of most alcoholic beverages, so I figure if I'm going to have to taste it I might as well get the full benefits.

i think i have only drank twice... once was at a champagne brunch, it was included (and not cheap), so i figured i had best get my money's worth... the other time was at a wedding... so champagne again... i think i had it then to make sure i didnt care for the taste...

 

Beer, gin and ginger's, or wine on weekends. Usually beer though, it's good stuff.

Tried it once, didn't hate and wasn't allergic, just didn't see the point and won't do it any more because I wish people in general would not.

 

Never. I'm not going to drink something that smells like it should be used to clean a toilet.

 

You would be better off without that cheap stuff anyway. Pay a little more and get a lot higher quality

 

Seldom. I think the last time was for my birthday last year when some friends took me to a nice restaurant and I had hard cider.
Problem is I really hate the taste of alcohol and have to order something seriously diluted in order to drink it. At which point I might as well just have a soda or glass of juice and save a few bucks.

Honestly can't understand how anybody could actually enjoy drinking beer or wine.

 

Even good-quality wine emits such a bad smell from the alcohol part that I can't stand it. :-/

 

I have a beer once every couple of months (usually with pizza) and a glass of champagne at special occasions.

 

I only drink if I've rememebered to put some beer in the fridge the day before, and only 1 if I do.

 

i've tried spirits of various sorts and not particularly liked much. i've drunk 1 pint of Guiness and hated it. i do like Bacardi Breezers although i've drunk exactly 3.

i don't go out enough to drink more and i don't waste money to buy stuff to drink at home.

 

Probably works out at once or twice a month, averaged through the year. Depends how busy I am with work.
