Looks great Sean. That's how I imagined him myself too. Mean looking and w/ the Bajoran armor on his uniform, so damn sweet.

Good you caught the bajoran aspect to the uniform.

So Sean, according to Trekweb and Trekmovie.com, IDW is talking about doing a Titan Comic series. Any chance you might be having some discussions with them?

I would love to work on that. But as of this moment no one from IDW has contacted me.

I have expressed my interest to Marco at Pocket Books. Hopefully he may be able to send my name to someone over at IDW. I hope to have a 4-5 page sample set of Trek Pencils ready this week just in case. I will
post them when I get them finished.

So if there is anyone from IDW lurking here, yes I would love to work on a
Titan or some other Trek related project.

Here is a quick concept for a new class of Dark Mirror Universe Light Frigate. I call this a Lancer Class Frigate.

I will hopefully flush this into a vector image in the next coming months. It is a little different than some of my Starship designs, hopefully you all will like it.

Very good design. Does it actually spear things?

Sans spear I could see it as a regular-universe ship.

C'mon, pal, you know how to get work in your own business... I'm sure you do. So you know that you can't just wait for them to contact you. You need to put together a portfolio of your own work (make a point of having a few prominent pieces re: the Titan stating in no uncertain terms that it's your design, but don't go overboard on that) and send that off to them.

Be proactive. If you wait for them to contact you, it'll never happen. :)

Cary, Take a pill. I have already been in contact with IDW and I am working on a second set of sample for them based off of a sample script
    the the editor sent.

If you have been watching the art board you would already know that. see my IDW samples thread.

[SIZE=2]Here are some screen caps from Star Trek Federation One - 101 - Unity from Hidden Frontier.
As some of you may remember I was asked to design the main Starship for this project, so I figured I would get some
screen caps from the first episode of the series.
    Enjoy

Nice renders. Is that a Defiant class welded to a Sovereign?

No that is a Diplomatic Pod that detaches for Presidential Missions. It is more than twice the size of a Defiant class. But I did use the defiant as a starting point when designing the diplo-pod since I like the Defiants Deflector.

As for the rest of the ships design they wanted a mix of Sovie and Luna in the Design. I think she kinda looks like a Update Excelsior class from some angles.

Look this design. Just curious, the Olympus class is also used in Starfleet right? I know Federation One is a different design, made for the President but in your concepts Sean, didn't you also intend for it to be an explorer as well?

[SIZE=2]Here is my Dark Mirror take on the U.S.S. Kelvin from the forth coming J.J.Abrams Trek movie. I have decided to blend the
TMP era with the JJ-Trek Era for my take on the Kelvin.

    Kelvin looks great.

Federation-One is OK, other than the pod, which makes it look hideous.

That was the way they wanted it designed. I wanted to go with a pylon instead of a rollbar. But I gave them what they requested.
