What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

We had leftover chipotle mashed potatoes, and some leftover taco matter. So we made potato pancake and put tacoey stuff on top of it.

 

Fried shrimp from the local fish and chips place. Delicious.

 

Feta cheese parcels, with a yoghurt and mint dip.

 

BBQ Steak, Turkey Sausage, nugget potatoes, and a salad. With Beer. For dessert had Hagen Das Peanut Butter and Chocolate Ice Cream.

 

Cheese ravioli and green beans. Quick and easy.

 

BBQ Salmon with rice.

 

I tried to re-create the fried green tomatoes and shrimp remoulade I had in New Orleans. Not quite as good as K Paul's, but tasty. I made their "black" muffins, too.

 

Chilli beef empanadas with a tzatziki dip.

 

A variety of nigiri.

 

Salmon and rice with water.

 

I recommend it. Very cooling against the heat of the chilli.

 

BBQ Hot Dogs with beer.

 

Pizza Pops and Beer.

 

Breakfast burritos...yum!

Went and saw my brother sing at a competition. Afterward, we went to Frisch's and I had a Big Boy and fries. A rarity, and boy did it taste good!
