Between Archer's and Kirk's time? Perhaps. How many years of Trek history is that? But it would preclude much intraTrek guest starring that picking up from the end would allow.
There's a little more than a century between the end of ENT and the beginning of TOS (just under a century if you include "The Cage"). Plenty of room for good, quality Trek stories.
If you count the 22nd century scenes of "TATV(2161)" there are ninety-three years between the decommissioning of the NX-01 and "The Cage." A full century plus change if you have to wait until Kirk's five year mission commences.
Which is exactly what I said, minus the more exact number of years. Get your own material, cooleddie!
You're welcome, both of you. Such diligence makes me feel all fuzzy. What Enterprise characters would you like to see come back in an all new series in that period? (Including offspring)
T'Pol would be close to 160 or 170 at that point so she'd still be alive provided an illness or accident hadn't claimed her. T'Pau, of course. Soval would be long dead I think.
Well I am confused looked like Enterprise was put on Daytime Rotation but on the schedule for scifi the day it has for the little marathon running from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. is on Nov 9 which is a Sunday??? Anyway we do get lots of eps that day like: 9 a.m. - The Breach 10- Regeneration 11 - North Star noon- Carpenter Street 1 p.m. - Borderland 2 - Cold Station 3 - The Augments So something to look forward to.
actulally carpenter street is the oddest choice without the other xindi episodes. north star works fine on its own.
"North Star" was corny in spots and never one of my favorite episodes but had a very TOS feel to it. Something a few more ENT episodes needed and long before the final season.
Archer was still alive in the mid-23rd C, wasn't he? According to the bio in 'IAMD' he died shortly after the launch of the NCC1701, right?
Technically to a point it's canon...but since the second page of the Archer bio file was never flashed on-screen in the episode it's not considered "full canon." So its a tossup. I accept it, but many won't.
