From what I understand the game will be the same whether you make any input at all which sounds odd. I guess it's whether the story experience is worth it. I've played some interesting indie games that were more art pieces than "game" so I don't want to judge it too harshly but those don't usually run $60 either. OT, anyone see the NFSW images from the debug version of the game? http://kotaku.com/nsfw-players-uncover-a-naked-ellen-page-in-her-new-vid-1443968188 With it being a likeness of Ellen Page it just makes it extra awkward.
That's not true. It's a lot like The Walking Dead, in terms of structure - you'll follow the same basic story arc no matter what, but your choices (and how successful you are at some of the QTEs) will affect the details. I don't regret paying $60 for it; I'd say my first playthrough was probably 10-12 hours, so I got decent value for money But I can see how it wouldn't be some peoples' cup of tea. Anybody else pick up Skylanders: Swap Force today? Or am I alone in having a $400 hole in my wallet?
Mostly XCOM and Tales of Xillia. I also recently started Super Luigi U. People who say it's as hard as Lost Levels are lying, it may be harder than you expect from Mario but nothing compared to that. Decent enough game but level designs are boring as hell, which is par for the course for new 2d Mario.
I've pretty much been playing Galactic Civilizations II every week since getting it in 2006. Anything I've gotten since then is already uninstalled.
Pokémon X and Y, along with Animal Crossing. They've all been pretty fun to play. Might work on some more training tonight in the two former games.
Pokemon X is a lot of fun, definitely a step up from Generation 5. Sonic Lost World on the other hand, is rapidly becoming a waste of money.
Picked up Batman : Arkham Origins and Assasin's Creed IV : Black Flag today, so i will be playing those two...
I got Batman as well, but I'm still working on the Beyond: Two Souls plat. And I really wanna get AC4, but I decided I'm gonna get it for the PS4, which I'm getting as soon as it's released.
In recent weeks I've been playing...The Sims 2, GTA San Andreas, Civilization 3, and Battlefield 1942. Because really, who needs a game made after 2004?
Still playing Xenoblade Chronicles. Except now there's a Wii U and Wind Waker HD (which looks beautiful BTW ) that demands attention. And the upcoming Link Between Worlds on the 3DS. This is not helping my list of games to play at all...
It's digital only and has no advertising because Capcom doesn't believe that Phoenix Wright has a fanbase here in the West. It flew under the radar. I'm still pissed that Miles Edgeworth 2 wasn't translated. Anyway, I haven't purchased it yet because I want to play Apollo Justice first, but I've heard only great things about it.
