Is Rachel McAdams addicted to Time Travel Movies?

I count three.

She plays the wife of a time traveller in the Time Travellers Wife, she then plays the wife of a time traveller in Midnight in Paris and now I'm looking at the previews trailer for a new movie called About Time where she plays a Time Travellers Girlfriend he's bending time into a knot to put a ring on her finger.

Did I miss any?

But we should think about staging an Intervention for this poor girl.

Does anyone have her new Phone Number?

 

I already staged an intervention, but a time paradox erased it from history . . . .

But let's not forget Mary Steenburgen, who has already run off with two eccentric time-travelers--in Time After Time and Back to the Future III.

Perhaps there should be a support group?

 

But she was given the second role as a call back to the first I though.

 

Perhaps she'll wind up playing Kang the Conquerer's lady-love Ravonna in a Marvel movie.

 

Doom killed his exgirlfriend Stature at the climax of the Children's Crusade... Not the best luck with girls, but you have to wonder why a slightly older Kang in the 60s fished Doom out of the time/space corridor with he was drowning in the time stream.

 

Maybe it's entirely coincidental, but it is interesting in how many she's been in and how similar the descriptions are. And yet, in none of them is she the one doing the time-travelling... poor girl

 

She can keep doing them all she wants. "About Time" looks awesome!

 

Maybe she's stuck in a time loop...

 

I thought it was weird that she'd do the same movie again.
