Thank you both. My grandma taught me how to sew when I was twelve and I'm twenty-six now. That dress was my first serious period dress. Zombies? I better get prepared against them.
I'm a little drowsy but well, thank you, Spocked. Taking care of two kittens, one three months old and the other two months old is quite a task. My parent's three month old kitten, Cleo, feels she's in charge of everything and rules the house. Silly kitten.
awww My cat is all curled up in a sleepy ball on one of my dining room table chairs. He's recently found how much he likes being tucked under the table on a nice cushion.
Hey, I'm Fligeon, my off line name is Ewoud, I'm 19 years old and I live in the Netherlands. I'm new to the Star Trek community but I've been following the series since I was a kid. After watching a lot of episodes with my girlfriend I decided to check if there still was a fanbase. Anyway I think this is all you need to know about me... If not, please ask away. Oh..and so you don't need to ask: my socks are black.
Hi. For some of you, I don't need an introduction. I've been on the board just a little over 3 weeks and I try to resist having a Cleo the kitten attitude. I introduced myself in Voyager and Enterprise so after that I guess I overlooked this thread, when I began coming to Miscellaneous. But each subforum has its specific crowd. So hello, miscellaneous gals and guys. I'm beginning to feel comfortable in this particular section and to favour it. I joined the Trek BBS because I... found it accidentally and was a ST fan. I like practically all science fiction* and I have a thing for superheroes, too. I became a member before I'd read around. Reading only would have quickly been frustrating. I'm not posting a photo of me until as many guys do it as girls. But if I do it, it'll be here. (In fact, I'm refraining from vanity. ) See you when I see you all. *edit: among what's good enough to make it across the Atlantic
After all of my posting, I remembered that I did not introduce myself. I am the Meat Tenderizer, and yes, I actually chose a username that has relevance, because I have tenderized quite a bit of meat. My work may be blue-collar, but I take great pride in it. I am politically conservative/libertarian worker who currently attends college part-time (without relying on federal aid of any sort). I don't have a lot of hobbies besides casual gaming and politics, which is a serious interest for me. Also, I might as well throw in college football (GO BLUE!!!) as the only sport I really care much about. In addition, I might as well add that I use to post here under a different username but that was so long ago I hesitate to bring it up. I thought I would be totally honest with everyone about that.
You should talk to a guy named Trekker (sp?). He is also in the meat business... Anyway, welcome on board.
Yeah, they're so bad even Penn State could beat them. (You should drop into the NCAA football thread in the sports forum, if you haven't already)
