And how about the double facepalm?

 

The facepalm appears in "Deja Q" and the double facepalm is from "A matter of perspective", two consecutive third season episodes.

 

I believe the 'double facepalm' is actually a bit of Photoshop magic.

Yeah, I think so too. Riker's is from when the prosecution's recreation of events isn't making him look good, I think Picard's is the Deja Q one overlayed on the observing Picard that's originally in the shot.

 

Janeway did one as well, in Vis-a-Vis
