    It was wonderful to see James T. Kirk back in the saddle.

    I don't see anyone asking "hey, where's Chris Pine?" btw.

    I don't know about you but I plan to see him in action again in May.

    Or an older version of NuKirk who didn't get a bridge dropped on him.

    Actually the Monster Maroons all looked really cheap in Generations.
    Still, I should think they had to let it out a bit.

    I was going to say, I know he's probably held together by Sona science...but he actually looks good enough there to be realistic guest star Admiral.

    They could roll him onto the bridge in a wheelchair and I would still watch and enjoy it. the man is a TV Icon, For his age he looks great!

    I meant will we see the Prime Kirk again, not the jj variant or the other infinite variations.

    God I hope not. For 80, Shatner looked okay. But good enough to portray Kirk again? Not even close.

    He would do fine with sufficient time for preparation and a short scene or a few short scenes.
