Downloaded Marathon on Aleph One. It's astounding how much Bungie learned from this series to make Halo...and then promptly forgot everything and made SPESS MERHINES WITH MASTUR CHEEF.
Played through Pokémon Yellow this past week, it was easier than I remembered. I swear last time I played it after beating the Elite Four & Rival there was a place you could go to fight Ash. But this time there wasn't and I can't find anything on the internet to suggest that's the case, so now I think I might have dreamed it Playing Fire Emblem at the moment which a friend recommended, I'm enjoying it so far.
Yes. Like Call of Duty on acid. Great fun. I'm also playing Command and Conquer : Tiberian Alliances beta. Interesting-it plays right in Firefox. But damn its slow going....I let it run in the background at work.
You didn't dream it, you're just remembering Red in the wrong game. He appeared in Silver, Gold, and Crystal.
I attempted playing the first Assassin's Creed a few months ago and quickly gave up because it was unbelievably boring. After reading many reviews, I decided to start the series over with Assassin's Creed II. It's a little better, but after an hour of playing, all I've really done is deliver letters to random people and collect feathers from rooftops. I'm wondering when the story is actually going to start!
Halo 3, which is my first experience with Halo. It's OK, but I don't really see what the fuss is. I mean, I'm enjoying it, it's fun, but, you know, it's not Half Life...
2 weeks ago I acted as a taxi for a friend and they gifted me a copy of Battlefield 3 and after the mammoth patching of 4.5 gb on top of a 11 or 14 gb DVD installation I gave it a quick whirl. Even tried multiplayer for a few minutes before the game crashed...which I think it did out of kindness because I was getting owned by people blinding me with flashlights and laser sights. Looking forward to the unlock system which seems far more expansive than BFBC2.
Finally finished Assassin's Creed II tonight. Turned out to be a pretty fun game with a ridiculous twist ending. Definitely made me want to start playing the next game in the series.
Well as others have mentioned Red is after the Indigo League with 16 bages in Gen II. But maybe you were thinking of Mewtwo in the Cerulean Cave in Gen I?
Crusader Kings 2. Crushing other countries is fun, but playing the whack-a-mole revolts in my territories get old lol
I just started playing Star Trek online a couple of days ago and I'm also on a play throughof Crystalis for the nes.
Just started AC: Brotherhood. I like how it picks up immediately after ACII. I have to say, though, that I'm way more interested in the present-day Desmond storyline than I am with whatever is going on with Ezio.
