Turns out when they got Marvel they also got Icon, so they now have Powers, Criminal, the Dark Tower and some other stuff I've never heard of like Casanova, and Scarlet.

Well, they have the very first appearances of most of the big characters. As for modern, most of the oldest modern stuff is from the late '90s-early '00s.

I thought the Masterworks were just the early comics?

Well, then I'm pretty sure that most of that stuff is probably on Comixology as individual issues then. They do have a ton of the early stuff for most of the big DC and Marvel heroes.

Speaking of Comixology, they are doing 48 hour The Flash yesterday and today.

Hey my mom got some kind of a card that if you put in your nook it turns it into an android tablet and comixology will apparently work on it if you get so I'm planning on getting one for my nook.

They are for some. But not for me. I like holding a book and turning pages. Comics, same. I'll never go digital.

I'm just hoping they do something Marvel, like Spider-Man, or Iron Man or Fantastic Four next.

Turns out they are doing Marvel Mondays of Comixology. The first one is for Thunderbolts, which I don't have any interest in at this point, so I'm not to upset.

very cool article I really hope this does'nt kill the comic store. But going digital does get comics out fast I think. and it opens up new readers who don't really collect.

Very cool, thanks for sharing that.
    EDIT:
Like me. It's hard for me to get out to the comic shops near me, and my regular bookstores have an iffy selection of comics, so I never really had the opportunity to get into comics until I went digital.
