The upper 60s and mostly sunny. Plenty of blue skies and rays of sunshine. The light wind feels good.
It is currently 45 degrees F. it is supposed to drop down to near freezing tonight. i personally hope that it doesn't get that cold because blue bonnets are blooming right now and so are a lot of other plants. It normally doesn't freeze this late in the season. The last time that it got this cold in mid-April was 17 years ago. With that being said, i hope and pray that that means that we are going to have a mild summer this year. That certainly would be nice.....
Ah, cruel winter is making a comeback. It's raining right now and the temperature is continuing to drop to -1 C with the rain changing to snow.
After a beautiful weekend (and Monday), it is pouring rain, windy, and we have a freeze warning for overnight. Oh, New England... at least it'll wash away some of the pollen? And the poor daffodils decided to bloom today, too.
1 C and sunny. It's supposed to get much warmer, very quickly, over the next few days. I hope this was the last push of "Old Man Winter for the year.
It's been snowing. I keep reminding myself of the Blizzard of '86 (when we got a blizzard and about half a winter's worth of snow on MAY 29)... and say to myself, "this isn't really that bad."
