    Hey all,

While this isn't a Star Trek game perse (although it's heavily influenced by Star Trek), there is a great Star Trek mod for it.

It works like this. A computer is attached to a large TV or projector and that becomes the mainviewer, and players bring their laptops and attach them to the mainviewer to become the various bridge stations (helm, tactical, engineering, etc). And of course you have a captain (and sometimes even a commander) giving orders. It's called Artemis Spaceship Bridge Simulator, and it's really a load of fun.

Anyway, at my local hackerspace (hive76.org) we've been playing it off and on for about a year now. Recently we've started doing it as part of the Philadelphia Star Trek Meetup Group once a month. It not only supports local LAN play, but remote LAN play with multiple player ships.

Basically, I'm looking for other crews to have adventures with. Anybody interested in gathering some friends together and playing along with us?
