The only really annoying part for me was the chant in the hopscotch (or whatever it was) scene.

Two days ago, I watched DS9 first season episodes, Babel, Q Less, and Captive Pursuit.

True, but Falow didn't say much other than Move Along Home, Double Your Winnings, and _____ Shap. They sure didn't write much for that dude to say, did they.

    ^ Ideally not.

Just watched "The Passenger". It's fairly typical of season 1 of DS9.

I'm working my way through Voyager on Netflix. About an hour ago go I finished watching "Faces". Not bad at all.

I don't understand the point of posting the episode you watched last and not giving SOME kind of comment on the experience/episode even if its just short.

I watched "Whispers" yesterday. Very solid but the ending was rushed.

I agree. Commenting on your experience opens the door for discussion. To add a little bit more to my last comment on VOY "Faces", I liked the eeriness of the episode. Seeing Durst taken away, and then seeing the doctor with his face REALLY creeped me out. I also liked getting some back story on B'ellana, and her experiences growing up as half human and half Klingon. What I didn't care for, though, was her Klingon half. She was poorly acted, and she just seemed like your stereotypical klingon; strong but not very smart.

"The Deadly Years" (TOS). Hate seeing Kirk, Spock, etc. grow old prematurely, but I love Kirk's triumphant return on the bridge.

I actually thought Dawson's performance for the Klingon side was really off the mark, but in terms of what the story was trying to tell us about two sides or faces of B'Ellana, I could accept that both sides were exaggerated.
