Medleys and mashups are quite different beasts. A medley is when you sing one song followed by another and another. A mashup is when you take two songs and mix or interleave the lyrics and melody of both songs together.

Does Kid Rock's "All Summer Long" count as a mashup of "Werewolves of London" and "Sweet Home Alabama"? If so, I like that one.
One of my favorites is a mashup by DJ Earworm called If I Were a Free Fallin' Boy (Freefallin' by Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers and Beyonce's If I Was a Boy).
