Can anyone tell me if the http://www.picard-crusher.net Page Was Moved and If so WHERE THE HECK IS IT. I'm Going Crazy not knowing. Thanks
No it's not but that's a great Site all the same. I am so sad I Loved a lot of the fanfics on the Picard-Crusher.net site and then It was gone. I really just want to cry a little. lol thanks
I think that might be it. Maybe the Fanfics from that site are just gone forever nothing we can do about that.
"Star Trek: New Worlds" A Fan Fiction Anthology designed by Jason K.S. Hauck, (the creator/moderator of the "Star Trek: Hell's-Gate" RPG universe.) Combining sources from throughout Trek Television, Literature & Gaming, these one-of-a-kind stories feature characters both new & familiar, branching off from every established time period between "Enterprise" and "Nemesis", with some conjectural adventures set beyond. http://www.geocities.com/trekwriter31/FanFic.html
This forum is for extolling the virtues of other peoples' fiction, not your own. weren't you warned about that before by the mods?
Xeris: I prefer to leave that sort of determination to the fic readers rather than anyone else. Watching my every move & publicly posting complaints about it doesn't honor your alleged purpose of this (or any other) thread, it just makes you look like you're trolling. Grow up & quit your whining. Got an issue, here's a tissue.
True, but we are supposed to be enlightened and rise above such petty things. Well, most of us anyway.
Right - I am a hair's breadth from warning both Starkers and Gibralter for trolling Hellsgate. I will consult my colleagues to see what they think. Hellsgate may have missed the point of this thread, which is to recommend fanfic you have read, not written. But this deliberate targetting of everything he writes is unacceptable.
CMO Bev Crusher, maybe you could use the Wayback program to get to an earlier cached page with the fan-fics you want on them. I can't recall off hand what the actual http address is; maybe wayback.com or something? I've used it to find fanfics on currently-dead links. You just need to know generally when the page last existed.
I *love, love, love, love* [*] Michael Gray's "Star Trek: Dark Horizon" http://darkhorizon.4mg.com/ [*] Agelshaxe's "Star Trek: S.I." http://www.geocities.com/agelshaxe/stsimain.html
I have a"job" that lets me read online alot. Here's my take on the juicy ones out there. Epiphany Trek-The Kongo/Romulan War/Jerry LaSalle stories-off canon but GREAT!Read in order! They reinforce each other! ST:Vesta-simply awesome fanfic Sutherland/Gibraltar/Bluefin/Lexington/Shepard-can't get enough ST:Reborn-a dark take on Kirk and the boys STauntless ST:Antietam To Boldly Go These can be found at http://stexpanded.wikia.com/wiki/Fan_fiction#Star_Trek_fan_fiction And if you like very dark stories: www.stormpages/gabrielle/trek/stories/oswiecim for a Bashir/changeling time-travel story that will curl your toes. Seriously. I almost wretched. There are many fine one shots at www.trekfiction.com but you have to plough through the drek sometimes, brushing off MarySues left and right. ST Beyond Whats Left Behind at trekonline.com is cool if you liked DS9-it continues the story. ST: Avalon is good, too. Slightly off topic but an unbelievable achievement in fan fic-type "Babylon5 dark mirror" into Yahoo search. Over a MILLION words(5 big books) of well written fanfic. A complete re-telling of the saga.
Jeez, I almost forgot one of my favs-ST:Endeavor at trekonline.com-waiting impatiently for next installment!
That was my suggestion as well. The Wayback Machine is located here: http://www.archive.org/web/web.php I went ahead and looked up the site for you, CMO Bev Crusher. Would these be the links you're looking for? http://web.archive.org/web/20050530015033/www.picard-crusher.net/mypc.htm http://web.archive.org/web/20051004215326/www.picard-crusher.net/guest.htm
