Here's the recipe, which I got from BarMeister.com:

    Vulcan Blood Cocktail

    • 1 1/2 oz Amaretto
    • 1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
    • 1 1/2 oz Triple Sec
    • 1 1/2 oz Citrus Vodka
    • 6 oz Pineapple Juice

Shake Amaretto, Blue Curacao, Triple sec, and Vodka with ice. Strain over ice in large glass, adding pineapple juice at the same time. Enjoy! Very easy to drink, nice and fruity. Turns a odd shade of blue-green, hence the name.

From that shade of green I thought it might have Midori in it.

I guess the pineapple juice colors it a little bit.

The name you mention isn't doing much for my memory, but the picture is of a cocktail standing where my coffee-mug is standing while I'm writing this.

From my little black book of cocktails I deduce that the one in this thread is either a...

    Green Hell
    1 part Blue Curaçao
    1 part gin
    1 part vodka
    1 part white rum
    1 part tequila
    1 part triple sec
    3 parts orange juice
    Shake with ice.

    ...or it could be a...

    Green Heaven
    Juice of one lime
    1 part triple sec
    1 part Brandy
    1 part Grand Marnier
    1 part white rum
    2 part Cachaça
    dash of Blue Curaçao
    Shake with ice.

    Yellow + blue = green.
