What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

Chicken salad. Simple, but tasty.

 

Parmesan tilapia, with broccoli-rice and green beans.

 

Left-over slice of pizza with parmigiano and cherry tomatoes.

 

We made chicken wraps last night. Meh.

 

Baked chicken legs (used the oven to cook them) and pasta.

 

Had Mac and Cheese.

 

A very simple spaghetti bolognese (it's not elegant, but I love it -- really disappointed that my parmesan had gone off, though!). Diet Pepsi.

 

Salisbury steak.

 

Country Ribs with baked nugget potatoes and coleslaw. Homemade chocolate pudding for desert.

 

Left over ribs that I used to make a sandwich with. Chocolate brownie for desert.

 

Homemade pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, cheese, and ham.

 

Pasta.

 

It can last quite a while if you place it in a resealable bag immediately after opening. In fact, everything that can be resealed often is in our fridge! A necessity if there's only two of you and it can take some time for things to get eaten.

 

Hibachi at a Japanese steak house.

 

Spaghetti n' salad.

With a tall glass of milk.

 

beer, hot dog, carrot sticks and ranch, and vodka at a bonfire. Health?

 

A lovely club sandwich at Kerby Lane Cafe.

 

New York Sirloin Steak...well done. Beer. And a BBQ chicken sandwich during the hockey game and Rao were they all good. Too bad the game sucked.
