Well he's already admitted he's an elitist, arrogant, self-important, condescending asshole when it comes to this sort of thing in another thread. And since he doesn't think there's anything wrong with that, this isn't going to end well.

I always liked Michael Caine's comments about Jaws IV in interviews:

 

Oscar or not there are actors that will do projects simply because they're interested in the script and story. John Malkovitch has done genre films and he's considered one of the top a-list stars. He even has a part in "Dark of the Moon" as Sam's boss, and he signed on to do Spider-Man 4 prior to it being canned.

The whole point of that thread is to admit which of your prejudices are irrational. Just because I get a gut reaction doesn't mean I keep believing in it.

3D eh? Hell, why not... Dampens my interest, but only slightly.

Movie could be amazingly original and brilliant, or just completely retarded.

 

^ I would recommend reading the book first before seeing the film. The book is just pure fun.
