Nice Ingram Nimitz hull: http://federationreference.prophpbb.com/topic895-250.html I love the Lagranges nacelle supports there.
Someone requested a "dual dish" version of my battleship hulls (wide body versions) so here they are along with a standard dish "skinny" version. Also included are single dish versions of the wide body hulls. the dorsal and fore views A through C share the profile at the top of the image and D through I share the profile view below the black line This should cover every combination of single and dual dish possible with these hulls http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/aa421/IanKeldon/battleship2ndaryhullsathruI.png
Ok, did a "thru-deck" hull...do NOT ask me to do the twin-tail version...I'd go nuts trying to figure out the line art on that one http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/aa421/IanKeldon/thrudeck.png
I'm not claiming any credit for this one, even though I tinkered with it as it's 95% Vance http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/aa421/IanKeldon/tmpspherepod.png
That is a great sphere hull. I love version I of your wider hull. It just looks right. One request if I may be so bold. You might try to place this hull from Nimitz: http://federationreference.prophpbb.com/topic895-250.html#p15647 Underneath a modified Ariel secondary hull that is longer and flatter: http://www.cygnus-x1.net/links/lcars/blueprints/enterprise-evolution/enterprise-evolution-3.jpg This way, it isn't flat-bottomed and has a deeper chest.
gave it a bit of a "tummy tuck" http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/aa421/IanKeldon/pregnanthull-1.png
Cool--I liked version "I" that you had in a line earlier. It looks nice to keep that circular dish with the tubes to either side.
Wide-body BB 2ndary now with additional "slightly pregnant" option http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/aa421/IanKeldon/battleship2ndaryabcandd.png
Here is a design you might want to play with. Maybe raise the nacelles a bit: http://subodeon.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=ships&action=display&thread=1962
You're the 2nd person to direct me at that ship, or are you Jeff over at Sub Odeon? Check out my other thread for the result of your suggestion. here's my "supercruiser" 2ndary hull http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/aa421/IanKeldon/longhull.png
