The Proms are back!

The Doctor Who Proms are back this year with a special 50th Anniversary show. I couldn't be happier!

Just let me watch Katherine Jenkin's performing "Abigales Song" and that little girl from "The rings of akhenetan" singing and i'll be content.

 

I'd love the see the guy who sang Vale Decem come back. I have to confess I was blown away when I found out it was a man singing the part.

 

It always seemed pretty obvious to me. After all, the part towards the end where The Doctor's Theme (or the "Flavia theme" as its sometimes referred) is used sounds deeper than when it was used previously in the show.

 

I loved the last one they showed here. I hope BBCAmerica picks it up.

 

^^Even if they don't, it'll likely be on the DVD of the 50th or the Chirstmas special.

 

Oh I'm sure the radio and later the tv broadcasts will turn up online.
