    :guffaw: That is great!

I haven't seen VOY in a while but was Seven less tough in S7 than she was in like S4?

She acted like she was Batman, but it turned out that she barely more physically intimidating than Blue Beetle.

We need a Seven (or Janeway) video to the theme of Lynda Carter's Wonder Woman series.

edit: I did find a Janeway one, but it includes a clip of her turning into the Doctor, so I disqualify it.

When she had access to her Borg abilities she was kick-ass, the personal shield and all. What else can the Borg do? I know we didn't see everything with Seven.

Her arms used have hydrallic garage door openers in them.

Trading that for the strength of a 20th century model has to be humbling.

Actually every time the doctor took out a hydrallic pump and replaced it with muscle mass... He got to chose exactly how "fit" those muscles here. if he felt like he could have given her the muscles of an Olympian or the Muscles of a lay about.

Seven might not be so sexy with the body of Tony Soprano.

Janeway saw fit to turn Seven over to a computer program that was set to turn her into a human without regard for her wishes, essentially, to be assimilated again. Seven's overall arc, become quite unenjoyable for me.

If she didn't have to exercise and eat right to make her body, then she would have had Tony's body eventually, which is why the Doctor wouldn't have made her super fit rather than give her a goal to work towards. It's totally teach a girl to fish.

Sexy is what you do with what god gave you, no matter what god gave you.

Beautiful is some fluke when you win gods lottery.

If you're beautiful you don't have to try to be sexy.

    It's redundant.

    Ugly girls try harder.

That's one reason the character works so well, and I think was one thing that Ryan found interesting. Seven isn't aware she's hot, isn't aware how it affects others, and if she is aware of her looks, it's irrelevant to her.

To be fair though, opposing characters react to her like a 1940s cartoon with his heart exploding out of their chest, so really, compared to what she was to deal with in real life Voyager was a literal cartoon.

Remember those old (1970s?) adds for coolcharm kiss deodorant where marching bands would vere off course to follow a pretty girl who was wearing coolcharm body spray?

If Farscape could have an episode set in the Loony Toons Universe then Voyager is just a Punk.

If you were hiding your lust for deodorant commercials it must have been dry times indeed.

Well, I have to give her credit. I didn't have a roving eye, and she'd point out pretty girls to me when we were out.

    I LOVE this vid!

    "Will you marry me?"

"I don't think now uis the right time!"

Seven did "sleep" when she was regenerating. She went into a REM cycle and was able to contact the people of Unimatrix Zero in that fashion.

She was also asleep when the 3 BRG from her collective tried to reconnect. She didn't "wake up" just because 3 strangers entered the cargo bay, she woke up when they started to access her her memory files.

[Cargo Bay two] TWO OF NINE: Ready. Insert the interlink module.
    THREE OF NINE: Ready.
TWO OF NINE: He's still worried about injuring her.
THREE OF NINE: If we fail, we'll never become individuals. We have to remember that.
TWO OF NINE: There is consensus. I've found her memory files.
THREE OF NINE: She's aware of our presence.
    TWO OF NINE
: She's trying to regain consciousness.
    FOUR OF NINE:
    We must abort.
THREE OF NINE: No! We're too close.
    SEVEN: I will not comply.

I liked Kes... but I grew to love Seven of Nine.

I'm sure, had TPTB had half the insight to allow the Ocampan the leeway to grow, change and die... :wtf: Kes would have been equally interesting.

I mean really, why have a character that only lives 9 years, "live"?

Something I am confused with is people hating on Jeri/Seven because of Kes/Jennifer leaving...I liked both and thought TPTB made a mistake and should have tossed Robert B. or Garrett W. Obviously GW's pretty boy status was quite meaningless in retrospect.

    Viva La Seven! :bolian:
