I'm lost.

 

I think what the early reviews are saying is true. The premise is more interesting than the characters. It is an interesting premise but I don't think I have the patience for mythology-based shows anymore. Fringe being an exception but at least they answer shit on that show.

 

It not bad, I will give points for not killing the guy, so they have something else in mind.

So I will keep watching

And yes, starbucky in a good way.

Actually, I thought the ending was sort of cool.

Cool ending to the first episode. Although Sam O'Neill's voice still annoys the hell out of me. Stop trying to be cool and wise...you sound like a fucking annoying tool.

Of course the sniper killed the black guy first. Racist.

That warden reminded me of Telly Savalas. Who I recall got nominated for an Oscar for Birdman of Alcatraz.
