What's that from? Almost looks right out of the recent DW novel, The Many Hands.

 

It's the title... err... appendage from "The Hand of Fear", unless I'm mistaken.

It also looks like the arms/hands of the people in Fire's of Pompeii.

 

It is indeed.

 

I love The Hand of Fear. Frightened the living daylights out of me when I was a kid!
