Only DVD? Hopefully the quality will at least be better than what we have now.

I think if they were just going to release a version with the legally problematical bits cut out, they would've done it years ago. The fact that they waited this long may suggest that they waited until they could work out the rights issues and release it uncut. At least, I hope so.

I'm very much looking forward to this. In fact, I have been for years. I hope it'll be a remastered blu-ray release. But honestly, after all these years I'd settle for DVD as well.

Kind of odd how WB got the distribution rights, since it is a Fox owned-show (not to mention Fox has the movie out on DVD/Blu-Ray). I guess for right now, if people were hoping for a complete series box set with the movie, that's most likely out of the question.

But hopefully we'll see it on Blu-Ray. Don't forget, we only have a vague release date, and WB may have just used DVD, instead of home video, to say it was just on its way. But it'll be interesting to see what other info we get.

This is great news, I just hope it's the entire, original full-length (no syndication edits) episodes.
