Yeah, well, I haven't actually watched any films directly from my computer since I acquired a server and a media-player (I still control the whole thing from the computer though).
But I used to just use the PC as the hardware and a (software-)mediaplayer for viewing video on my third monitor (the TV-set). And (despite it's 21:9 aspect ratio and 58"-size) my TV has a rather poor browser, for YT-vids anyway, so I tend to use the internet connectivity from my PC instead of watching that sort of content directly from the TV. -And 'mouse&keyboard&dedicated control monitor' is a superior control mechanism (when compared to an old-fashioned remote control anyway).

And now for something completely different:

You'd think this would just be a common sense rule that doesn't need to be verbalized, but for the clueless, don't post pictures of people taking a shit.

It's saying that anyone would agree the first two would be shockingly racist caricatures, yet somehow the third is hunky dory. The Cleveland Indians are an American baseball team. There's been plenty of debate as to the political correctness of the team name.

Maybe I have no right to an opinion on this (being a total non-nativeperson) but I have no problem with the *team name* - just the logo. The name 'Indians' is pretty neutral, but the image of Chief Wahoo is indeed tacky. IMHO.

I'm a native Clevelander, and yeah I have to admit that Chief Wahoo is really not in the best taste.

Wait seriously you didn't get the joke??????

And yes...I think the Indians and also btw Redskins (-___-) team names should be changed. Just surprised you didn't get it!!

EDIT: Nevermind! Just saw you are in the UK! My apologies.

Indeed I am in the UK, even though a lot of the posters here are from North America, there are a few of us from different countries including Blighty and apology accepted although the edit function can be used to add as well as remove text. ;)

And not really a follower of my home nations sports (I was amazed to hear last night on the news that the Ashes are on again now) I don't follow other nations sports, unless it's Hurling.

Had to look this sport up, never heard of it before. Looks interesting, although my first mental image of a sport named "hurling" had quite a different picture! :ack:

    Not really a joke, it's a concern:

And I agree with them 100%. Might be hard for fans to change that logo, but it's racist and they should change it.
