^ Seriously. You eat like a king. Who does the cooking? You or hubby?

Shrimp stir fry. The frozen bag kind. I hate cooking.

Primarily me, but The Hubby has done more and more over the years; it's about 75/25 now, probably.

And thank you, but last night's meal was SOOOO easy. Seriously. The tuna was on special at the fish counter (not the "week old special"), I always have the wasabi powder on hand (the aioli is a snap), saw the baby bok choy and was inspired. ;-) I'm happy to share recipes anytime.

*snort* I don't even know what any of those things are (except the tuna that you mentioned.) I am soo not into cooking. Or even food all that much. I'd be perfectly happy if i could just take nutritional supplement #34 for the rest of my life.

Scrambled eggs, cooked with paprika and black pepper, served with Chinese vegetables fried in the pan with ginger, crushed garlic, and a touch of chilli. All scooped on to a tortilla instead of toast, as I'm avoiding yeast. Quite delicious. Breakfasts at dinner time rock!

It's amazing that so many people, even chefs, disdain scrambled eggs in favor of preparations like Benedict, omelets, etc. It's a simplistic preparation, but with the right flavorings and combinations, scrambled eggs can be absolutely magnificent.

Edit: Tonight's dinner for myself and my wife? Bolognese.

    And, yes, it was magnificent.

Tomorrow will be a bone-in pork roast slow-cooked over bay leaf, onion, rosemary and sage. I'm going to just put it in the crock pot around 10 a.m., set it on low, and let it sit until my wife comes home from work around 6:30 p.m. I'll be plating it with roasted garlic potatoes, broccoli and applesauce.

I was hoping for more comments on my food photography or my dishes of choice, as opposed to my enthusiastic endorsement of scrambled eggs. :(

^ I think you eggsplained it nicely. No need to be chicken; it's not like all shell breaks loose when you make eggs that way. Easy even for the common yolks like me.

I should ban you for this.

    I won't, but I should.

Not even Neroon makes horrific puns like these. :(

At least they weren't fish puns.

    This time. :shifty:

But perhaps it's time to turn a new leaf over ... easy. :D
