    The latter.

Remember he was doing the SAME EXACT THING in the X-Men during the 90s when Harras was in charge.

Wasn't it confirmed last summer that Lee and Johns were both co-plotting Justice League?

It's been a few years now since I've read any comics and I'm a little curious to try out some of the "rebooted" titles in this New 52 universe. I know The Lensman just asked for some recommendations not long ago and I'm not all that interested in looking through 3984 posts, but I did do some quick searches and came up with the following list of titles that have been recommended:

    • Action Comics
    • Aquaman
    • Batman (main title by Scott Snyder)
    • Batwing
    • Batwoman
    • Flash
    • Wonder Woman
Are there any other titles that current readers would suggest checking out?

Edited to add: The remainder of this post will be edited to include recommendations from below for as long as I am able to edit the post. I hope this will provide an easy-to-reference starting point list for future posters seeking recommendations.

    • All Star Western
    • Animal Man
    • Batgirl
    • Batman and Robin
    • Captain Atom
    • Demon Knights
    • Frankenstein
    • Green Lantern: New Guardians
    • I... Vampire
    • Justice League Dark
    • Swamp Thing

Pere, you might want to check out All star Western and Demon Knights, both pretty decent.

I, Vampire I believe has been critically acclaimed by those reading it in the thread. As is Scott Snyder's Swamp Thing.

I can second All Star Western, I, Vampire, and Demon Knights: all very fun. Frankenstein has been an unexpected treat, and Justice League Dark is much better than the title would lead you to expect.

Billy Batson is an asshole. I don't care if that feature disappears altogether.

Agreed, Batgirl is a good title and the way Barbara is being written is just fantastic.

Swamp Thing, and Green Lantern New Guardians if you like Kyle Rayner.

The title is absurdly good for Aquaman stories, but it doesn't hurt the fact she is the best drawn female of the 52 reboot currently. Besides Starfire of course! ;)

Yeah. And it looks like they are heading towards the "Flashpoint" version of Captain Mar... er SHAZAM.

I don't mind a teen with troubles, but a con artist teen... meh...

i always thought the best depiction of Marvel i've ever read was during the Kingdom Come series... Captain Marvel actually became likeable throughout that lol
