The Jem'Hadar Alliance missions are really good as well (I did 1, 2, 5, 6...I think). (I definitely agree that TIF is top 10 material). My personal favorite is Parallel Intersections Anyone find any "MUST AVOIDS" so far?
Ah, okay! That would explain why I had problems with the Cestus IV mission dealing with the Romulans and Borg.
New build going on Tribble to test fixing the Foundry publishing bug: http://forums.startrekonline.com/showthread.php?p=3522509#post3522509
Just did. Generally I liked the mission. It follows Cryptics mission structure a lot. My only complaint is that the ground fights are way to hard if you play on advanced. On the outside you can avoid them but on the base you run into one high level Klingon mob after another. I stopped counting how often I died, but I was so far into the missions, that I didn't want to start over on normal setting. You may want to adjust that. The difficulty is ok however for the boss fight, where it's best not to run in guns blazing. And dying once or twice here is to be expected as well.
Good feedback. Tonight I'll adjust most of those to be Weak spawns, leave only a couple where they are now. Thanks!
I have used the Foundry search function to look for all these, and keep getting "No resuilts" found. ????
You might have to "Become A Reviewer" to see them, as new missions require 5 playthroughs by different player accounts (and any done by the mission's creator don't count) before they'll appear on the Community Authored tab
With the exception of Franklin Drake those are all missions with hundreds of reviews. Don't know why he can't find them short of making a typo everytime. Edit: Unless you are to lowlevel yet to play them... Some Foundry missions have a level requirement.
Add another one to the list. Too Far Array This is a cool hybrid of a detective story and conspiracy thriller with some Klingon action thrown in. Also take a look at FREP station. That is a map built completely from scratch.
From a first alpha test of my mission on the live server. Still a work in progress, but getting good feedback so far.
KDF players - I must recommend Tribblesome Times by SoKErroneous - a fun little romp with a good story. ETA: Also, Sins of the Son by Netherblood.
Just played the new spotlight mission Sins of the Son. No offense to the author, but it didnt deserve a spotlight. It was so basic and boring. Watching the trailer is much more exiting then the actual mission and when you've seen teh trailer you know everything about the mission anyway. oh, wait, why are we fighting the Feds in this one? Right we free the son of the Klingon VIP, cause he has major daddy issues. End of story. Next please, but pick one that is more interesting next time, Cryptic.
I've made what should be the last major update to Franklin Drake Must Die. If anybody wants to give it another try, have at it, boys. Next I'll be working on an unrelated mission, after which I'll start on the sequel to FDMD. Somewhere in there I hope to work out a good story for a Klingon mission as well.
